Background
At the last meeting of Joint Committee on 18th October 2023, in response to a request from a Member for information on the number of meetings of REAG which had taken place and what they had been discussing, the Interim Head of RPMO agreed that they would include REAG agendas and minutes as part of CRD Joint Committee papers in future.
In addition to the agendas and minutes of REAG being added to Joint Committee meetings going forward, it was agreed that an invitation would be extended to the Chair of REAG to attend a meeting of the Joint Committee. It was also agreed that a report would be added to the work plan for a future meeting to consider how the work of REAG fits in with the work of the Joint Committee.
This paper completes the action to provide a full set of previous agendas and minutes for all REAG meetings which have taken place to date. The chair of REAG has been invited to attend the Joint Committee in an advisory capacity and the aforementioned report added to the Joint Committee forward plan.
