Inclusion Workers & Investment Fund

The project enables a team of four ‘Inclusion Workers’ to identify and support people most distant from the labour market who are not yet ready to engage with more mainstream employability provision. The support provided is key in ensuring participants are appropriately supported into the various employability and skills offers available.
